The session will seek to surface the primary benefits of the BP Framework and its key requirements for successful implementation. Given the integrated nature of the Big Picture Framework, it is tremendously helpful for Managing Board and Senior Management teams to deeply understand its principles in order to facilitate its cross-organizational adoption and ensure high impact.

The session is ideally structured as a one-day workshop starting at 8.30 am and ending at 4.30 pm. A recommended agenda includes presenting Big Picture concepts from core competence through Segmentation, and asking the managing board to define answers their answers for their organizations through a series of breakout sessions. Assuming a cross-functional team and a highly participatory audience, we are able to achieve a dual goal of training and strategic business fundamental definition in a one-day session.
