Management Team Coaching Sessions
The Big Picture framework is offered to teams and individuals in a customized format through our coaching services. We generally construct coaching sessions to facilitate the application of the application of the framework as a problem structuring toolset to a specific brand. These sessions are offered in a one-day or two-day format we construct the agenda, in collaboration with our clients, to help teams surface assumptions and obtain reasoned agreement on major strategic priorities. The output of the team-based coaching sessions is a strategic blueprint that the organization can use as the basis for a more detailed strategic plan once data is collected and analyzed after the session.
Individual Coaching
The Big Picture Partners executive staff is available to coach individuals in senior commercial leadership roles as they navigate the complexities of leading commercial organizations. A particular area of individual coaching focus is how to lift the presence of the marketing organization within the firm by simultaneously addressing specific marketing competency gaps while executing on high-profile customer initiatives.
The goal of our coaching services, like the goal of our firm overall, is to transfer marketing knowledge to organizations and to develop problem structuring skills in commercial leaders.
